About Us!
Why We're Here and Who We Are

Church in the Country was started in 2013 with a clear vision—to reach people in our local rural communities with the Gospel in a way that’s real, relatable, and rooted in the country way of life. From the very beginning, we knew we weren’t called to do church like everyone else. We wanted to build a place that felt like home to everyday people—folks who work hard, raise families, and need a church that speaks their language. We began in borrowed spaces and even met under a big white tent for a season, trusting God to do what only He can do.

Today, that same spirit drives everything we do. We’re a church that intentionally reaches men, believing that when men lead in faith, families grow stronger. At the same time, we’re fully committed to lifting up women, building strong kids, and helping everyone grow in Christ. Our building has a rustic, welcoming feel—warm tones, wood accents, and a relaxed atmosphere that puts people at ease. Our music reflects who we are too: a mix of modern worship, gospel favorites, and the occasional country song that points people to Jesus. We preach the Bible boldly and clearly, with messages that are practical and easy to apply.

We welcome people just as they are, without judgment, and believe that faith should be lived out in everyday life. We love our community, we host big events that bring people together, and we’re proud to honor God, country, and those who serve. Church in the Country is here to help people find Jesus, follow Him fully, and live a life that makes a difference.
